I had a discussion with Marcus Kolga at Masaryktown in Scarborough–Guildwood. We spoke next to the Masaryktown Memorial, commemorated to the victims of communism.
Marcus Kolga is a filmmaker, human rights activist, and Senior Fellow at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute. He is well known for his film “Gulag 113” in which he documented the experience of his grandfather in Soviet gulag camps.
